OJSC "Gastomel Glassworks"

Modernization of the compressed air generation and distribution system was realized in two stages.

The First Stage: creation of new compression station on the basis of three screw compressors with summary capacity of 102 Nm3/min with compressed air drying and reconstruction of distributional net.

Second stage: reconstruction of compressed air plant system lies in two energy saving measures implementation: installation of two turbocompressors with summary capacity of 290 Nm3 per minute and soda pneumatic transport improvement in assembly workshop with soda pneumatic conveyor installation.

These measures implementation allowed energy consumption decrease, compressed air quality improvement, maintenance and operational costs reduction.
