Improvement of compressed air production and distribution system at CJSC "Krymskiy Titan"

Air supply system reconstruction envisaged the commissioning of new compression station with capacity of 900 m3/min. The new compression station includes four centrifugal and four screw compressors, selected for air supply of three consumers groups. The equipment of old compression station was removed from service and dismantling.
Due to project implementation the electric power consumption by compression station was reduced for more than 50%. And maintenance costs and expenditures were reduced for more than 60%.
