Modernization of technological brick production line at “Keramikbudservice” LTD

The modernization of one of technological lines for ceramic brick production with “turn key” equipment supply and assembly for production operation starting from charge processing and forming to the brick firing in the new tunnel kiln. The modernized line capacity constitutes 30 million of bricks per year. The energy saving on modernized line is achieved due to more efficient equipment, automation of technological processes, optimizing of the processes of heating and air exchange in drying chambers and fritting kiln, wastes reduction and rejects after the pressing.
