Improvement of heat supply system of incubator at CJSC “Landgut Broiler”

CJSC “Landgut Broiler” does not have own source of heat supply, being a sub-consumer of CJSC “FEONIS”. Within the project frames UkrESCO considered the possibility of energy efficiency increase of Landgut Broiler through refusing from centralized heat supply system and construction of local autonomous boiler plant in immediate proximity from heat energy consumers and hot water supply. Moreover the project stipulates the boilers installation inside the building former cooling station, allocated on the production area of incubator. The boiler plant capacity is 2000 kW with complete set of required equipment.

After this energy and resources saving project implementation the existing boiler plant and partially heating main will be dismantled due to expiring of allowed operational period for installed equipment. 

Installation of autonomous boilers will provide with possibility to reduce the costs for overheads of heat in heating mains and to increase the efficiency of fuel consumption (natural gas) at the enterprise.   

The autonomous heating will provide with high efficiency of natural gas consumption and differentiated heating of each premise accounting its individual demands, which is being extremely actual upon the permanent energy carriers’ tariffs prices growth.
